An introductory work- and play-shop for intuitive sound healing. Basic principles of sound healing will be introduced and participants will learn a variety of intuitive sound healing techniques through experiential learning processes. The focus will be primarily on exploring and expressing authentic voice through toning, chanting, singing and sounding. There will be some opportunity to use instruments and other sound healing tools.
