My wife, Beth Wortzel, and I have led workshops and retreats, taught meditation and chanting since 1979. I blend sound healing into my psychotherapy practice and conduct individual sound healing attunements. Meditation instruction includes mantra and chakra work. we also lead chanting sessions called kirtan. Tantra is the foundation of our instruction. |
