| Description: | Cynthy Johnson is a nationally known Harpist, Certified Therapeutic Harpist and Sound Healer. She brings over 35 years of training, experience and insight to her students, clients and audiences. She has conducted educational programs and workshops on the effects of therapeutic harp music regionally, nationally and at the University Level, as well as informational seminars on the effects of sound healing locally, to broaden the awareness of the science and effectiveness of sound as an adjunctive modality in facilitating the path toward health and wholeness. Cynthy’s foundational training as a musician with over 20 years experience in liturgical organ, piano and voice integrates her training and experience as a Certified Therapeutic Harpist, and a Sound Healing Practioner utilizing the Native American Flute, and the Sacred Sound Family of Himalayan Instruments; singing bowls from Tibet, Nepal and Bhutan. Additionally, Cynthy is a Reiki Master and Teacher and member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals.
