| Description: | Beatrice Bergér: Singer, Vocal pedagogue, teacher, sound healer, composer, choral conductor, sound engineer and mother of two wonderful children. Beatrice is a member of the Music Psychology Organization: Deutsche Gesellschaft für Musikpsychologie in Germany (Hannover). She is married to the highly creative, inspirational and spiritually deep minded- Scot Aaron. Studied Music (BA) at U of A, Arizona (Dr. D. Schoff, E. Mosher, Dr. A. Cofer). She further did graduate work (Vocal performance and Vocal pedagogue) at BYU, UT (Dr. Vincent and Rosalie Pratt) and at the Peter-Cornelius Conservatory in Mainz. Mrs Bergér sang as a Soloist at various Opera houses in Germany (Freiburg, Munich, Regensburg end others), parallel she has many concerts in Germany, Switzerland and the Vatican, Italy. (Beatrice sang for the former Pope in the St. Peters dome and St. Ignatius, as well as twice in the Sistine Chapel. From this she developed a concert series with "Musica sacra". Beatrice was introduced to Sound Healing by her vocal teachers Anna and Dean Schoff in 1988 (Arizona). She further developed her academic knowledge of Sound Healing thanks to Dr. Rosalia Pratt who developed a wonderful Biofeedback program for BYU and studied intensely with Fabien Mamman. Mrs Bergér publically sang for the first time when she was 8 years old. Her soprano voice was publically recorded for the time when she was only 10 years old. With 15 she first conducted a choir. Beatrice can now look back at a professional singing and teaching carrier for more than 20 years. A religious and spiritual upbringing helped her to develop intuitive talents and led Beatrice through many uplifting, inspirational heights. Her upbringing and education helped her to always seek a balance between intellectual and spiritual- intuitive knowledge. Especially the influence of Dr. Pratt helped her to develop a more skilful knowledge and methodology of sound healing. A major spiritual breakthrough happened in 2002, when bearing her second child without any medication. She sang throughout labour for 45 minutes. This birth was video-filmed by her excited husband in the hospital. Beatrice describes the healing moment: “During labour I experienced the wonderful, comforting and soothing effects of sound on my own body and on my baby.” Numerous beautiful, healing experiences followed. In Spring 2009 she was diagnosed with a malign Skin Cancer. She immediately treated herself with sound therapy and created her own audio-tapes with the help of one of her students. Beatrice is now, six month later completely Cancer free- no chemotherapy was necessary. “I thank my God every day for my life and the healing gift of music.” |
