| Description: | First let me say, sound work strengthens the healing process and every therapy modality used in my work. The results clients get have multiplied since moving into sound healing and energy psychology. I have been trained in several anxiety and trauma treatment modalities and incorporate sound work into these power therapies (*EMDR *Emotional Freedom Technique (Meridian Tapping Therapy) *Brain Spotting) My on site work at Ground Zero following 9.11 sent me searching for more effective methods for treating painful experiences. My "go to" technique is EFT and sound work. I use brainwave and biolateral music extensively in my practice and teach clients how to customize their own portable sound healing mp3 player. Over the past two years I have incorporated Tibetan Singing Bowls into my therapy practice with outstanding results. Recently one client observed after a sound therapy session,"...so often we try to go through the mind to get release in the body - but the singing bowls relaxes the body and permits a deeper spiritual experience, enlightenment and understanding."
