She has been dedicated to her personal spiritual path for 20 years and is committed to assisting others on their path. She has 21 years of experience as a psychotherapist working with children and families and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with the state of MN. Katelyn has studied many shamanic traditions and is a Peacekeeper in the Cherokee tradition, a mesa carrier in the Peruvian shamanic tradition and will be an initiated Kultrun (drum) carrier, in the Chilean medicine womens tradition. She has studied shamanic healing and sound healing with numerous teachers including Americo Yabar of Peru, Dhyani Ywahoo a medicine woman of the Etowah Band of Eastern Tsalagi( Cherokee) Nation, LuzClara, medicine woman of Chile, Jessi Ayani and Norma Tarango, and Jonathan Goldman. Katelyn is a member of the Society of Shamanic Practitioners, The Sound Healers Association, is an ordained Priestess of the Global Goddess. She is a certified art and play therapist with advanced training in mind body skills from The Center for Mind-Body Medicine in Washington DC.
