| Description: | I am registered both as a music therapist and sound healer. I am available for private music therapy sessions which focus on a clients' individual creative self- expression. I also offer one-to-one sessions in sound therapy. Using Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls and the voice I will direct sound into specific areas of the body's energy system which require healing. This therapy is particularly beneficial for people with stress- related conditions. It will also support the body's natural healing process from many other conditions. In addition I also co-run a weekly drop in "Sound Bath" in Hove. This provides a relaxing and meditative space where people can be nurtured by beautiful sounds - a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. |
