After attending a crystal bowl meditation in 2008, Lesley’s world view on subtle energy changed, as well as the mind/body connection. It was only a matter of time before she learned how to play, and in 2011, a sacral chakra bowl manifested into her life. The crystal singing bowl became a teacher who inspired wisdom, personal growth, and helped her to overcome panic attacks that she had previously experienced for over twenty years. Within a few months, she was encouraged to play for others and has continued playing for groups, clients, and her-Self ever since.
Under the business umbrella of Universal Touch, Lesley joins several disciplines with one unifying thread. She is a licensed Aesthetician and Massage Therapist, certified Reiki and Holistic Health Practitioner, Shaman, an RYT-200 Registered Yoga Teacher, as well as a published author, blogger, artist, and meditation recording artist. Her eBook Manifest Your Successful Natural Healing Business: A Handbook For Bodyworkers, Aestheticians & All Natural Healers Of The World, focuses on new practitioners in the holistic industry and shares her own experiences with tales of empowerment and personal growth. Her meditation album Awakening Your Inner Shaman: A Guided Shamanic Journey, assists those who want to strengthen their connection to higher wisdom and their higher Self.
As a way of connecting with her community, she hosts a monthly Signal Hill Sound Bath. It’s every 3rd Wednesday of each month where she plays her crystal bowls and vocalizes channeled tones. She uses sounds and frequencies to hold space and ripple vibrations of love and healing throughout the time space continuum. If you visit Signal Hill, you will understand why she chose this space for community healing.
This fall of 2018, Lesley will begin her series of sound healing workshops. These classes will offer an inside look for all who want to learn her signature method of playing crystal quartz singing bowls. Registration and dates for The REMLA Method of SoundTM will be announced via her website. For more information, you can reach her at firstname.lastname@example.org.
