I'm a board certified wellness professional who is passionate about weaving today's Lifestyle Medicine with ancient Ancestral Healing to achieve optimal health and well-being. With over 20 years of practice and study in Ancestral Medicine, I combine traditional Northern European ancestral healing wisdom with modern Lifestyle Medicine to create individualized and customized wellness plans for each client. My life's work is influenced by my childhood spent running through fields of bluebells and forests of mossy rocks and standing stones in the UK and exploring the ancient lands my ancestors once walked as a young adult. Since then, I've been studying the music, plants, earth-based traditions, mythology, and healing arts of the land I call 'home'. My ancestry is that of the Northern lands of Scotland, England, Wales, and Norway and I honor my ancestors by living a life of "re-membering" and "re-claiming" our ancient ways. |
