| Description: | Doreen Marcial Poreba got into the field of sound healing after being introduced to Deep Deoja, a sound healer from Nepal who now practices in California. Because of Doreen's training as a multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter, he encouraged her to explore the field. She happily obliged and he began mentoring her. She has since undergone certification training with Eastern Vibration, the Sound Healing Academy and continues to study with various teachers in the field. She conducts both individual and group vibrational sound healing/therapy sessions. She's also a certified creativity coach who utilizes a number of different instruments — from metal tongue drums, Himalayan singing bowls, gongs and tuning forks to Native American-style flutes, guitars, ukuleles, keyboards and more — to help people open up their hearts and creative pathways. |
