Description: Taunya Laya Rivera, MA in Education, and is the Founding Director of My Second Breath Inc. She created My Second Breath in 2005 to empower people from all walks of life to breathe their life with a positive balanced healthy consciousness.
So you say, how is this possible? Very simply by sound healing meditations and therapeutic sacred harmonic vibration treatments with the Himalayan Singing Bowls and other indigenous instruments.

For 25 years Taunya has been playing her authentic antique singing bowls and training others. Her dream to travel and do this work and have a positive influence on lives became a reality. Taunya has facilitated group sessions, private sound vibration therapeutic treatments, and instructional classes in the US, Caribbean, Asia, the Middle East, Central America, South America and right in her own neighborhood in New York City.
​My Second Breath gives retreats in the Caribbean, Bali, and Belize.

It is very hard to say what a singing bowl experience is like, but the results range from physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual renewal and alchemy of one’s life. Taunya likes to phrase it like this, “Harmonize Your Essence, Renew Your Life.”
