Description: The Mission of Harmonic Healing Arts is to assist people in returning to a state of balance in their physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Human beings are energetic beings. Disease, stress, or injury interrupts the natural flow of our energy (Qi) resulting in pain, anxiety, fatigue, and generally feeling unwell. Sound and energy healing techniques unblock and release stagnant energy (Qi) that is held in and around the body. Meditation, yoga, healthy eating, and the use of essential oils also assist in bringing one’s energy back into balance. Once the flow of Qi is restored, the body can heal itself on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.
