Description: I am Stu Smith, retired Plant Manager, practice all styles of yoga for 18 years, Sampoorna Hatha Yoga Alliance 200 - RYT for three years, Nidra Teacher, Reiki Master Healer and Certified Sound Healer Practitioner, Sound and Vibrational Therapy, and Master of Sound Healing by Meditate: School of Mindfulness and Sound Healing for the last four years.
I serve everyone with reverence and respect focusing on tuning into the body and listening. My goal is to facilitate the body’s innate healing and create comfort in body, soul, and mind. Love dogs, Bass Guitar, music, sound, yoga, weight training, and all my family; especially, my wife Jill.
