Therapeutic Sound is a form of stress reduction. When reducing stress we are working on the sympathetic and parasympathetic fields of our Autonomic Nervous System and when in balance everything within our body gets into harmony and well being. Not just physical but Emotional, Mental and Spiritual. The desired goal is also to bring awareness and consciousness to people on how to using breathing techniques and use the power of our voices by communicating with our bodies.Once that communication is established we can honor each and every part of our being and release pain when it is needed and replenish it with the needed sounds. We are unique vibratory beings and everything (from cells to blood and organs) in our being is vibrating in different frequencies that in a normal and well being state play as a very tuned orchestra.When disease happens the being is no longer at ease and craves the lost frequency or frequencies that Therapeutic Sound can assist with. The innate function and power of Sound is that it changes all matter that it touches; it can rearrange and create shape and form. |
